These are offered by us in standard sizes and can also be customized as per the specifications provided by our customers. To ensure their high quality standards, we make use of efficient machines in their manufacture. Our production unit has the production capacity of 100000 units.

Warehousing and Packaging Facility:

Our company has a separate warehousing facility, where all the finished items are kept with utmost care and concern. The warehouse is well maintained keeping in mind every product nature and its specific properties. The maintenance and cleaning tasks are extremely essential for our warehouse and hence these are done by the experts only.

The warehousing facility is supported by a packaging facility, where we do effective packaging of our range of leather gift items. The effective packaging is done in order to prevent them from any tamper or transit damages. In the first stage, all our products are packed individually in polythene packets and in case of bulk packaging; it is done in wooden boxes.

State-of-the-art Infrastructure:

Our state-of-the-art-infrastructure comprises of a design unit and a manufacturing unit. The design unit is well equipped with various design tools and aids such as CAD/CAM software and paper prints. This ensures the development of exclusive design / patterns for our range of leather gift items.

The design unit is well supported by a manufacturing unit, which is spread over 250 square feet and has the production capacity of 100000 units. The unit is integrated with various machines, tools and equipment such as:

The unit is divided into different sections where products are developed as per their respective properties. The machines undergo strict supervision by a team of experts, who ensure their proper working conditions and immaculate performance.
